The combination of faster processor clock and a doubled cache size, when compared to the original configuration of the 233/266 MHz Power Macintosh G3 models, will provide a significant performance increase up to some 60-70% ** over the original system, depending on the system configuration and actual application. **These values are estimated preliminary results from protoype testing and may vary slightly.
